What are the Clubs/Plans?
Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Australia
Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Australia timeshare Managed Investment Scheme (the "Australia Club") is a registered managed investment (Australia registered scheme number 610 612 676) through which members can obtain the opportunity to vacation in Club Property that are a part of the Australia Club, in accordance with the Australia Club Product Disclosure Statement, which may be revised from time to time. The Responsible Entity for the Australia Club is Club Holidays Australia Limited, ACN 607 151 655.
As of November 30, 2017 there are 2 Club Properties, which is described in the documents provided at the time of sale, and more particularly in the Australia Club Product Disclosure Statement, and which is designated with the symbol "C" on this website.
Marriott Vacation Club, Asia-Pacific
Marriott Vacation Club, Asia-Pacific is a proprietary club (the "Singapore Club") owned by Club Resorts No. 1 Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (the "Singapore Club Owner") which is responsible for providing its members with the right to use and enjoy the Club Resort Properties that are a part of the Singapore Club, in accordance with the Club Constitution, Disclosure Document and Club Guidelines, and other of the Club Governing Documents.
As of November 30, 2017 there are 8 Club Resort Properties, which are described in the documents provided at the time of sale, more particularly in the Schedule of Properties, and which are designated with the symbol "AP" on this website.
Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Gardens
The Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Gardens timeshare plan (the "Bali Plan") is a timeshare plan owned by Serenity Gardens Hong Kong Holding Limited (the "Plan Owner") which is responsible for providing its members with the right to use and enjoy the Plan Property that is a part of the Bali Plan, in accordance with the Bali Plan Timeshare Plan, which may be revised from time to time.
The Bali Plan will contain inventory from only a single Plan Property, Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens, which is described in the documents provided at the time of sale, and which is designated with the symbol "BP" on this website.
Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace
The Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace timeshare plan (the "Bali NDT Plan") is a timeshare plan owned by Bali Hong Kong Holding Limited (the "Bali NDT Plan Owner") which is responsible for providing its members with the right to use and enjoy the Plan Property that is a part of the Bali NDT Plan, in accordance with the Bali NDT Plan Timeshare Plan, which may be revised from time to time.
The Bali NDT Plan will contain inventory from only a single location, Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Terrace, which is described in the documents provided at the time of sale, and which is designed as "BT" on this website (the "NDT Plan Property").
Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Khao Lak
The Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Khao Lak timeshare plan (the "Khao Lak Plan") is a timeshare plan owned by Khao Lak AP Limited (the "Khao Lak Plan Owner") which is responsible for providing its members with the right to use and enjoy the Plan Property in accordance with the Khao Lak Plan Timeshare Plan, which may be revised from time to time.
The Khao Lak will contain inventory from only a single location, Marriott Vacation Club, Khao Lak Beach Resort, which is described in the documents provided at the time of sale, and which is designed as "KL" on this website (the "Khao Lak Plan Property").
The Australia Club, the Singapore Club, the Bali Plan, the Bali NDT Plan, and the Khao Lak Plan may be together referred to as the "Clubs/Plan" and the Australia Club Property, the Singapore Club Resort Properties, the Bali Plan Property, the Bali NDT Plan Property, and the Khao Lak Plan Property are together referred to as the "Club/ Plan Property."
1Abound by Vacations™ exchange program
Members of the Clubs also have the opportunity to access the Abound by Marriott Vacations exchange program ("Exchange Program") operated by Marriott Resorts, Travel Company, Inc. (the "Exchange Company"), a Marriott Vacation Club International affiliate entity, which provides access to other holiday properties and usage opportunities. Members of the Singapore Club must activate their memberships in the Exchange Program, which need not be done by members of the Australia Club, the Bali Plan, the Bali NDT Plan, or the Khao Lak Plan.
As of August 28, 2025, there are approximately 111 resorts, including the aforementioned Club/Plan Property, with accommodations available for exchange through the Exchange Program. Marriott Vacation Club Resorts that are not contained as Club/Plan Property in one or more of the Club/Plan are available only through the Exchange Program and are designated with the symbol "E" on this website. Please see the applicable Exchange Program documents for more information.
The Exchange Program is currently a benefit to the Club/Plan but this may change from time to time. Each Club/Plan's involvement with the Exchange Program depends on the Responsible Entity and the respective Club/Plan Owner continuing its affiliation with the Exchange Company and the Exchange Program.
The Exchange Company's ability to confirm a specific exchange request through the Exchange Program is dependent upon the timeshare interests and use periods available or as provided by the provider of accommodations or services. Therefore, the Exchange Program cannot guarantee specific resort choices, dates of travel, or types or sizes of accommodations. The earlier an exchange is requested, the better the possibility that a specific request may be confirmed.
2Marriott Bonvoy Program
Membership in the Marriott Bonvoy Program is included as an Exchange Program benefit for members of the Australia Club, the Bali Plan, the Bali NDT Plan, and Khao Lak Plan while members of the Singapore Club must maintain individual memberships with this program.
Access to locations through the use of Marriott Bonvoy® points is provided via membership in the Marriott Bonvoy Program which is established and operated by Marriott International, Inc., and is subject to the Marriott Bonvoy Terms & Conditions, the Marriott Bonvoy Program information received by Members at the time of their purchase and the terms and conditions as outlined in the applicable (i) Abound program documents for Australia Club Members, Bali Plan Members, Bali NDT Plan Members, and Khao Lak Plan Members and (ii) Singapore Club Governing Documents for Singapore Club Members. Actual participating resorts and hotels are subject to change. The Marriott Bonvoy Program is subject to change and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
3Other Vacation Experiences
Access to other vacation experiences is made available through the Exchange Program and is subject to the terms and conditions as outlined in the applicable Exchange Program documents. Actual experiences will be provided via contractual arrangements with third party providers and may require the payment of additional fees. The experiences described herein are examples of potential vacation opportunities and are subject to change.
Certain adventure tours, cruises, and events are available through and reservations will be made directly with travel providers for the Exchange Company. Access to tours, cruises, other accommodations and event opportunities and included features are subject to the terms and conditions of these travel providers, and those of the Exchange Program documents. Such tours, cruises, accommodations and events may not be available in the future. The experiences described herein are examples of potential vacation opportunities and are subject to change.

The rate for cruises typically includes accommodations, most meals, activities and entertainment while onboard the ship. Some items, such as beverages and optional specialty dining, are not included and are dependent upon the cruise line you have selected. Other items, such as spa services and shore excursions, are not included. Please see the terms and conditions of the specific cruise for more details. Not every cruise line, cabin or sailing is offered through the Exchange Program, and they are subject to change. The number of Points required for a particular cruise is based on double occupancy per stateroom. Offers are based on availability. Taxes, port fees and other charges are additional and cannot be paid in Points. Point values for cruises are subject to change without notice. Restrictions may apply.
4Exchange with Interval International
Membership in the external exchange program known as Interval International is included as an Exchange Program benefit for members of the Australia Club, the Bali Plan, the Bali NDT Plan, and Khao Lak Plan, while members of the Singapore Club must maintain individual memberships with this program provider, Interval International, Inc. ("Interval International").
Interval International is an affiliated entity of the Responsible Entity and the Marriott Vacation Club International entities selling the Singapore Club, Australia Club, Bali Plan, Bali NDT Plan, and Khao Lak Plan products ("MVCI"); however, neither MVCI nor Interval International is an agent of the other and MVCI makes no representations as to current or future services to be provided by Interval International. Representations concerning the Interval International program are limited to materials supplied or otherwise approved by Interval International. Only authorized Interval International representatives may make commitments on behalf of Interval International and such persons do not include employees or representatives of MVCI. Participation in the Interval International program is subject to Interval International’s then current terms and conditions. All representations set forth within the brochures and literature of Interval International are representations of that company and not MVCI.
The right of Members to participate in the Interval International exchange program, in the case of the Australia Club, the Bali Plan, the Bali NDT Plan, and the Khao Lak Plan depends on the Exchange Company retaining its affiliation with Interval International, and in the case of the Singapore Club, depends on each individual member maintaining its membership with Interval International.
Actual participating resorts are subject to change. Participation in Exchange with Interval International may require the payment of additional fees.
5Club® Resorts is comprised of accommodations owned or operated Marriott Vacation Club International, including the Club/Plan Property and available for usage through the Club/Plan, respectively, and accommodations that are available for usage through the Exchange Program, including Marriott Vacation Club® resorts and Marriott Vacation Club Pulse® properties, Sheraton® Vacation Club resorts, Westin® Vacation Club resorts, and Vistana Beach Club in Jensen Beach, Florida. Please see the applicable Exchange Program documents for more information. Club/Plan Property are described in the documents provided at the time of sale. Request for occupancy at a resort with small amounts of property in the Club/Plan may be fulfilled primarily through the Exchange Program. Please see the applicable Exchange Program documents for more information.
A Member must consult the Club/Plan’s Reservation Procedures or the Exchange Procedures for more details.
6"Points" means Club Points in Marriott Vacation Club, Asia-Pacific, Club Points in Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Australia, Points in Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Gardens and Points in Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace, Points in Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Khao Lak, and is not to be confused with Marriott Bonvoy Points.
6Marriott Vacation Club, Asia-Pacific Club Members who purchased their Points prior to 16 December 2016 must activate their memberships in Abound by Marriott Vacations to be able to use this option.
6Applies to Marriott Vacation Club, Asia-Pacific contracts created on or after 26 March 2009. Members with contracts created prior to 26 March 2009 can continue to trade for Marriott Bonvoy points in accordance with the trade ratios and frequency in effect at that time. Fees apply for Member and Select benefit levels.

Brand
Marriott Vacation Club International and the programs and products provided under the Marriott Vacation Club brand are not owned, developed, or sold by Marriott International, Inc. Marriott Vacation Club International uses the Marriott marks under license from Marriott International, Inc. and its affiliates.
1. In the event Point values are changed, no Member of any Club/Plan will be prevented from using the accommodations in the same manner as was provided for under the original purchase application.
2. Subject to the limitation in item 1 above, the Points requirements set forth on the Points charts contained at https://www.vacationclubap.com/clubPointsCharts.jsp are subject to change by the Responsible Entity (for Australia Club Property), by the Club Owner for the Singapore Club (for Singapore Club Property), by the Plan Manager for the Bali Plan (for Bali Plan Property), by the Plan Manager for the Bali NDT Plan (for Bali NDT Plan Property), by the Plan Manager for the Khao Lak Plan (for Khao Lak Plan Property), and by the Program Manager (for property available through the Exchange Program) at any time, in accordance with Article III of the Reservation Procedures for the Australia Club, Part II, Section 8 of the Disclosure Document & Club Guidelines for the Singapore Club, Section 7.6 of the Timeshare Plan for the Bali Plan, Section 7.6 of the Timeshare Plan for the Bali NDT Plan, Section 7.6 of the Timeshare Plan for the Khao Lak Plan and Clause III.B.3 of the Exchange Procedures for the Exchange Program.
